This naturally-lighted gym is equipped with over 40 types of weight-training and cardiovascular exercise equipment from international brand LifeFitness, which includes computer-aided training bicycles, elliptical machine, and treadmills.
Each cardiovascular-exercise machine is equipped with built-in LCD touchscreen that serves as a TV monitor as well as displays workout records and analysis of such data. There is also a heated indoor swimming pool with 25-meter lanes, maintained at a standard water temperature of 28°C. In addition, an ozone sterilization system runs 24 hours to maintain water quality. Other facilities to enjoy include a Jacuzzi kept at a water temperature of 36°C, a steam room, and sauna to promote blood circulation and relieve pressure. There is also a children’s pool that the entire family can enjoy!

The swimming pool is not open during cleaning time the first Monday of every month 11:00-16:00.
(If there is a consecutive holiday, it will be postponed by one week)
To ensure safety, diving gears, swim ring and all aquatic toys are not allowed in the pool, floaties swim vest, swimming arm float and baby swimtrainer are allowed.
