Premium Full-Day Meeting Package (With Meal)


  • •    Time: 08:00 – 17:00
    •    Rate: Mon – Fri: NT$ 2,000 + 10% per person
                  Sat, Sun & Public Holidays: NT$ 2,300 + 10% per person


    Package Inclusions:

    •    Selected refreshments with Nespresso coffee capsules and a selection of teas.
    •    Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access throughout the venue.
    •    Complimentary mints and bottled water provided during the session.
    •    Meeting stationeries including note pads and pens.
    •    Standard audiovisual equipment and microphones.
    •    Essential meeting amenities (whiteboard, markers, flipchart stands, etc.).
    •    Complimentary parking at the hotel's surface and underground parking lots (subject to availability).
         Note: If the hotel parking is full, please use the Terminal 2 Parking Lot. Rates: NT$30 for the first hour, NT$20 for each additional 30 minutes, max NT$490 per day. Guests may take the Airport MRT to Station A14a (Airport Hotel Station); the hotel is located immediately upon exit.
     
    • A minimum guarantee of 10 participants is required.
    • Meeting venues will be assigned based on the final headcount; specific room requests are not guaranteed. Additional venue fees may apply for requests exceeding the standard space requirement.
    • Package rates are valid until December 30, 2026.
